Ten lines on Allama Iqbal
Allama Muhammad Iqbal was born in Sialkot on 9th November 1877.
His father Shiekh Noor Muhammad was a pious man.
He passed his F.A from Murray College Sialkot.
He got the degree of Phd from Germany.
He wrote many poems to awake the Muslims.
He is our national poet.
He taught Muslims the sense of self-respect.
He wrote poems for children as well.
His famous books are Shikwa, Jawab-e-Shikwa, Javed Nama and Zarb-e-Kaleem etc.
He gave the idea of separate homeland for Muslims in 1930.
He died on 21th April 1938. He is buried near Badshahi mosque Lahore.
